1. Who these terms cover

These terms apply when you create a workspace account, sign in, run a screen, complete an assistance pack, or request an introduction to a lender product listed on this origin.

“SafeScore” here means the operator of this origin and the three isolated examiners it links to (ScoreGuard, ChainTrace and Holistix). A registered company name, company number and office address are not published on this page.

2. What SafeScore is — and is not

SafeScore screens public chain data, holds a checklist for a compliance pack you assemble, and can introduce you to a house that has a lending row in the Crypto-Asset Service Provider directory. Each examiner keeps its own score, database and label book. The control plane does not merge those scores.

SafeScore is not a bank, not a lender, not a payment institution and not the house’s KYC vendor. It does not underwrite, issue credit, hold client money or crypto, run liveness or PEP screening, or hide a sanctions designation. Opening a lender site is an introduction. The house still reads the file and decides.

Directory terms (LTV, minima, availability, requirements) are quoted from data/crypto_asset_service_providers.csv. They remain the house’s. Confirm them with the lender. This is not an offer of credit.

3. The workspace account

You must give a working email, a name, a phone number and a password, and you must accept these terms and the Personal data processing protection policy before an account is created.

You are responsible for the credentials and for what is submitted from the account: questionnaire answers, wallet subjects, pack notes and uploaded files. Do not share the login. Notify the operator if you believe the account has been used without your authority.

4. Screens and reports

A screen uses the address or transaction you submit and the live indexers configured for this deployment. A dead indexer fails closed — it does not return a clean report. Unlabelled counterparties stay unlabelled. The host of an address is never guessed.

ScoreGuard, ChainTrace and Holistix do not share a scale. Attaching more than one report to a pack does not produce one blended score. A screen is not legal advice, not a filing, and not a decision that a house must accept.

5. Compliance assistance pack

The assistance pack is a checklist and a file vault for the source-of-wealth and identity evidence a marked house publishes. You tick items, add notes and upload files. SafeScore stores that pack for your account so you can complete it before you open the lender site.

Assembling the pack is not verification. SafeScore does not certify that a document is genuine, that a stated profile matches the chain, or that the house will accept the file. The house still verifies.

6. Lender introductions

Requesting assistance marks a house and opens its pack. It does not open an account at that house and it does not send your files to the house automatically. You (or your adviser) still deliver the pack on the lender’s own channel.

Availability notices in the directory — including products that are announced and not yet a live booking — stay on the card. Confirm live availability with the house.

7. Acceptable use

Use the workspace only for lawful AML screening and pack assembly for subjects you are entitled to submit. Do not use it to conceal a designation, to wash a wallet, to impersonate another person, or to upload malware or material you have no right to store.

SafeScore may suspend an account that abuses the indexers, attempts to break isolation between examiners, or treats the introduction rail as a credit application hosted by SafeScore.

8. Plans and fees

Screening is metered against the plan attached to the account. The public price list on this origin is the source for Base and Enterprise allowances. A price, subject cap or module entitlement that is not on that list is not part of these terms.

9. No warranty; limitation

The workspace is provided as a screening and assembly tool. SafeScore does not warrant that a screen is complete, that a label book is exhaustive, or that a house will onboard you. To the extent the law allows, SafeScore is not liable for a lending decision, a missed designation on a chain it cannot see, or a document the house later rejects.

This clause does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

10. Changes

These terms are version 2026-09-12, effective 12 September 2026. A new version is published on /terms. Material changes that affect an existing account are accepted again in the workspace before the assistance pack can be marked complete.
